FEES AND PAYMENTS
Prices. The price for Products available for purchase through the Site will be displayed to you on the Site. The prices displayed do not include taxes. Any applicable taxes will be communicated to you before you place an order. There is no charge for standard shipping within the United States. There are additional charges for shipping outside of the United States, and these charges will be displayed upon checking out. We reserve the right to alter shipping charges at our discretion without prior notification to any third parties. We are not responsible for any import or VAT taxes for shipments outside of the United States.
Payments. The Site currently uses third parties to process payments. Our third-party payment processors accept payments through various credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as detailed on the applicable payment screen.
United States Dollars. All monetary transactions on the Site take place in U.S. dollars.

REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund the following condition applies: All products must be in the condition you received to be eligible for a refund, unworn and in their original packaging. Returning Product(s) to us does not guarantee a refund. If the returned Product(s) do not meet the aforementioned condition, we reserve the right not to issue any refund. The returned Product(s) will not be returned to you. Any refunds (whether full or partial) will be made by our 3rd party payment processor to the credit card or PayPal from which the order was paid. All refunds will be made in United States Dollars.
GIFT AND OFFER CODES; REFERRAL PROGRAM
From time to time, Nakeen may offer qualified consumers “gift codes” or “offer codes” through a variety of promotional activities and communications (collectively referred to herein as “offer codes”) that are redeemable towards a purchase on nakeentailor.com, while supplies last, and subject to certain merchandise exclusions or any other restrictions as may be determined and communicated by Nakeen in its sole discretion. Only valid offer codes provided or promoted by Nakeen will be honored at checkout. Codes supplied or promoted by third parties unauthorized by Nakeen (including any unauthorized third party websites) will not be considered valid. Each offer code promoted by Nakken is non-transferable and valid for single use on an item (or items) of merchandise as determined by Nakeen. Offer codes may not be combined and may not be used in conjunction with the Nakeen Referral Program–customers are limited to the use of a single offer code per order. Offer codes cannot be used towards purchase of non-branded merchandise, packaging or applicable taxes. For online purchases, the code must be entered in the ‘offer code’ field at checkout. Offer codes are valid online only. Nakeen is not responsible for lost, stolen or corrupted codes or any unauthorized use of codes. Offer codes cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent; no substitutions or credits allowed. The dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned. Expiry dates may apply to each offer code. Offer codes are void if copied, transferred, sold, exchanged or expired, and where prohibited. Requests not complying with all offer code requirements will not be honored.
